The sky flies white bruises across the hills
cars halt in myths, cutleries of limbs working through
and even though my stirrups are green
my face dark light of wind, my body lifts up!
all buildings, all shift patterns, lips beyond sound
gravity and sun-glass beers sent in
down from the lilac
up from the bone
to spread the street’s laughter
amongst her growing time.
